Sodium Propionate (Sodium Propionate)

Macco Organiques Inc.’s products, including calcium acetate, calcium propionate, magnesium sulfate, potassium acetate, potassium benzoate, potassium chloride, sodium acetate, sodium benzoate, sodium diacetate and sodium propionate, manufactured at its Salaberry-de-Valleyfield plant, are the result of chemical syntheses involving only pure chemical substances that do not contain or use, at any point of the process, any of the compounds listed below. Also, none of the products listed below are used on any process lines or stored in our facility, including our warehouses. 1. *Cereals, with or without gluten, and products thereof (i.e. wheat, buckwheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, or their hybridized strains, triticale, wheat starch -A and -B, gluten, kamut). 2. *Crustaceans and products thereof, shellfish, seafood (i.e. crab, crayfish, scampi, lobster, prawn, shrimp). 3. *Molluscs and products thereof (i.e. clams, mussels, oysters, scallops) 4. *Eggs and products thereof. 5. *Fish and products thereof (i.e. bass, flounder, cod, salmon, tuna). 6. *Peanuts, their derivatives and products thereof (i.e. protein, oil, butter, flour). 7. *Soybeans, soy, and products thereof. 8. *Milk and products thereof (i.e. lactose, caseinate, lactoserum, yogurt powder). 9. *Nuts, tree nuts, groundnuts and products thereof (i.e. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, Queensland nuts, pine nuts, filberts). 10. *Celery and products thereof. 11. *Mustard and products thereof (seeds and derivatives) and any vegetal spices (i.e. fennel, coriander, cumin, paprika, pepper, cinnamon, curry, clove). 12. *Sesame seeds and products thereof. 13. *Sulphur dioxide and sulphites. 14. Lupin, lupine and lupinus. 15. Royal jelly, propilis, bee pollen and products thereof. 16. Corn and its derivatives. 17. Vegetables, fruits, legumes and edible fungi (i.e. coconut, corn, lentils, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, bean sprouts, carrots, tomatoes, apples, pears, kiwis, strawberries, peaches, oranges, mangos, litchis or lychees, longans, rambutans, mushrooms). 18.
