To Whom It May Concern, ROHA USA LLC hereby declares that the only allergens present in the St. Louis facility are: - Coconut Milk Extract - Pistachio Extract - Soybean Lecithin USN02005104 Red Iron Oxide does not contain any of these allergens. ROHA USA LLC has an Allergen Handling & Cleaning Process that is verified by an independent laboratory to validate cleaning effectiveness to ensure that products being manufactured on the same lines will remain free of any traces of the material. The following processes are in place to protect our products: - Allergens are clearly labeled upon entering the facility and stored away from nonallergen materials - Any finished product bearing an allergen will have said allergen on the label - When processing an allergen in the manufacturing area designated color coded (yellow) scoops and buckets are used - Manufacturing will follow the allergen clean up procedure upon process completion - Allergen swabs are conducted on a regular basis to confirm that the procedure is eliminating any cross-contamination risk
