Colloidal Microcrystalline Cellulose (C-MCC) is a co-processed system of microcrystalline cellulose and another hydrocolloid, typically cellulose gum. When activated at high shear, it forms a three dimensional network to help stabilize, suspend, and provide viscosity to various systems.
