MCG 611 FS (Vivapur MCG 611 FS)
VIVAPUR ® MCG is a free flowing powder consisting of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (Na-CMC). After activation in water, VIVAPUR ® MCG forms a three-dimensional elastic gel-network of insoluble cellulose fibrils, building a yield point.
VIVAPUR MCG 611 FS is a compound of EU approved food additives which comply with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. For an EU usage please consider food categories and maximum levels listed in Reg. (EC) No 1333/2008.
