PROKOTE 1129-A (2156)
ProKote® 1129-A release agent is a vegetable-based product containing canola oil, white mineral oil, and sunflower lecithin. tert-butylhydroquinone and citric acid serve as a preservative complex. When used in contact with yeast-raised dough, this product provides a release coating on pan and equipment surfaces. ProKote® 1129-A is manufactured in conformity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). All ProKote® products are certified Kosher Pareve and Halal.
