ADM Soy Lecithin facilities operate utilizing a closed, dedicated process with an Allergen Program in place. Soy Lecithin does contain low levels of residual soy protein. Soy protein is listed as an allergen for susceptible persons. Soy Lecithin must be considered allergenic and should be labeled accordingly. Pursuant to 21 U.S.C. 343(w)(6)-FALP-004, Certain identified soy lecithin products are not subject to the allergen labeling requirements, when used as a component of a release agent. *Sulfites are not added during processing nor known to contain residuals of naturally occurring sulfites. 10/18/2019
