VIVAPUR MCG 500F (VIVAPUR MCG 500F)
Colloidal Microcrystalline Cellulose (C-MCC) is a co-processed system of microcrystalline cellulose and another hydrocolloid, typically cellulose gum. When activated at high shear, it forms a three dimensional network to help stabilize, suspend, and provide viscosity to various systems.
VIVAPUR MCG 500 F is a compound of EU approved food additives which comply with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. For an EU usage please consider food categories and maximum levels listed in Reg. (EC) No 1333/2008.
